Contact

Bring one process. We will tell you whether it deserves a closer look.

The first conversation is a fit call, not a full discovery workshop. We look for a real business process, visible pain, an accountable owner, and enough context to decide whether a paid Process Discovery makes sense.

What this means in practice

What to bring

One process, the people affected, its rough frequency and pain, the systems involved, and any known data or security constraints.

What happens next

We decide whether the process merits a defined discovery scope, needs a different first step, or is not a fit at the moment.

Direct company details

AutoMates is legally operated by Sebastian Pforr in Augsburg, Germany. The Imprint and Privacy Policy are linked below.

A useful fit call

We do not need a perfect business case on the call.

A rough outline is enough: what the team repeatedly does, why it matters, what a bad outcome costs, and where the work touches systems or sensitive data. A full map and baseline are the purpose of Process Discovery.

Fit

The best first conversations are specific.

Good starting points

Manual data movement, recurring reporting, document-heavy administration, slow hand-offs, inaccessible process knowledge, repeated research, exception triage, and repetitive internal or customer operations.

What may need preparation first

A process with no owner, no access to source information, unresolved legal restrictions, or no agreement on the problem may need clarification before a workflow project can be responsibly scoped.

International delivery

The public site and delivery approach are English-first. AutoMates is legally based in Germany and can discuss regional hosting, language, time-zone, and confidentiality requirements in the context of the engagement.

Company and privacy

Clear routes for contact and due diligence.

Booking

Use the booking link to choose a suitable time for a fit call. The booking service is provided through HubSpot; privacy information is available in the Privacy Policy.

Legal entity

AutoMates is operated by Sebastian Pforr, Immenstädter Str. 16, 86163 Augsburg, Germany. The complete legal information is maintained in the Imprint.

Sensitive processes

If a process is confidential, state that at the outset. AutoMates can work under the client’s NDA or its own before detailed process information is shared.

Common questions

Answers before the call.

Clear answers to the practical questions that usually come up before a first conversation.

Is the first call free?

Yes. The fit call is for deciding whether a process merits a paid Process Discovery. It does not replace the discovery work itself.

Do we need to sign an NDA before the first call?

Not necessarily for a high-level fit conversation. If detailed process information is needed, AutoMates can work under the client’s NDA or its own before that information is shared.

Where can we find privacy and legal information?

The Privacy Policy and Imprint are linked in the site footer and on this page. They describe the legal entity, hosting and booking-service information, and relevant contact details.
